Icomply has a philosophy of only placing staff where we have the necessary support staff and pastoral care, along with high levels of accommodation standards, so our team truly feels comfortable whilst undertaking their seasonal work contracts. Having access to first-class facilities and management in four key regions wherein each of those regions, we have management teams to ensure a high level of care and cultural awareness is implemented and adhered to ensure our team is given the necessary support to assimilate into the community and thrive in  positive and progressive support system

Stanthorpe

Located just three hours from Brisbane, Icomply has access to first-class accommodation and management in the Stanthorpe region, which is one of our Main bases. Our teams in Stanthorpe have predominantly worked in the Horticultural sector, harvesting vegetables, apples, and orchards and propagating strawberries. We have an office in Stanthorpe and are able to facilitate staff all year round in the Stanthorpe region.

Toowoomba and Lockyer Valley

Icomply has first-class accommodation facilities, including our very own church, at our main base in Toowoomba. In this region, we specialise in horticultural production and have the facilities to facilitate workers to the region 12 months of the year.

Armidale

Icomply specialises in facilitating horticultural workers in the Armidale region, our latest region to be established. With first-class accommodation and transport systems in place and an experienced management team, Icomply can assist any growers in this region 12 months of the year.

Ayr and Burdekin Region

Icomply facilitates workers throughout the region, predominantly in the harvest of rockmelon, capsicums, eggplants, pumpkins, and watermelons; we have a management team in place in the region as well as access to our own exclusive accommodation precincts to enable us to ensure our team are comfortable. Icomply can supply workers in this region over a 12-month period.
